This song was so utterly cute. Basically the girl is telling the older guy (Papadwale) not to mess with her. Papadwale is a term used to refer to someone who sells Papads. During the song she shows attitude, saying that she is the manager of her own world and if anybody messes with her, she will beat them up. :-)
