I located this fabulous online book “Learn Microsoft Access Now”. I am currently studying it myself. Its very detailed and helpful. It makes great use of pictures, tables and provides examples to explain everything discussed.

If you don’t wish to pay over $100 to learn Access, then this is an excellent resource. Learn it all by yourself and amaze your employer by your abilities.
